Love this Health Emporium! I always avoided lifting the dumbbells shoulder length because it made my arms super tired, but I was probably lifting them too high lol. Gonna do it properly now.💪
Hi u definitely need to go steady on weighted lateral raises. The shoulders r a complex joint so over loading or lifting too high could cause injuries.
