The lunge pulse is a good regression exercise if your struggling with forward or reverse lunges. Remember to listen to your body and don’t push it too much. Take your time to perform the correct technique. This should be the case for any exercise you do, especially for the first time.
Have a go and see if you can achieve the weekly challenge. Remember to not go too deep if you are new to this exercise or working out.
